The simplest brownie in our lineup, it has earned the name "classic" the honest way. Unchanged since 2021, it swaps out chocolate callets for coarse, uneven chocolate chunks, so every bite reveals a pool of melted chocolate. Pro tip from the founder: Ask for a touch of sea salt on top.

Our brownies come as slabs — whole, uncut, exactly as they came out of the oven. But we work around you. Need it pre-cut? Tell us how many pieces. Bringing it to a party? We'll cut it small, dress it up, and make sure it's the first thing people reach for. Want to finish it your way — roasted nuts, a ganache drizzle, or imported couverture chocolate? We can do that too, at an additional cost. Just let us know when you order.
